As the Pastor of Temple Baptist Church, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for viewing this site.  This site will help you to see just a glimpse of what God is doing each and every week through the ministry of the
Temple Baptist Church.

Temple Baptist Church exists for the purpose of honoring God!  So, the obvious question is, "How exactly does your Church honor God?"  The answer to that question is found in our
purpose statement:

loving God, growing in Grace, reaching Others

First, we hope to love God ourselves and help others to love God.  God's word says in 1 John 4:19, "We love him, because he first loved us."  Our love for God is simply the right response to his love for us.  To know more about God's love for you, click here.  Secondly, we desire to grow in the grace of God.  God's word teaches us that the grace of God encourages the believer to live a distinct, God-honoring lifestyle (Titus 2:11-12).  Together as a Church family, we hope to grow in that grace.  Thirdly, our love and growth are evidenced in our desire to reach others.  This site will reveal how our Church can reach and serve your family as well as our community.  In addition, it is our prayer that you may consider visiting our Church.  Temple Baptist just may be the place for you to love, grow, and serve.  Thank you very much for taking some of your time to get acquainted with our Church.  If I can ever be a help to you, please do not hesitate to contact me.  Let me know me know how I can serve you personally!
